Terms of service

Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms apply when you buy any Easera service. Easera is run by Sumit Mohanty, an individual proprietor based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Contact: sumit@easera.in or WhatsApp +91 93073 27073.

Prices and payment

Prices on our pricing page are final. You get an invoice for every payment.
Website work: 50% to start and 50% before we go live.
The AI receptionist and Google Maps + WhatsApp setup fees are paid in full upfront.
Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month. Extra AI receptionist minutes are added to the next monthly invoice. Unused minutes don't roll over; they reset each month.
Ad spend for social media is paid by you, separately.

Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
The bundle has a 6-month minimum, after which it can also be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Refunds

If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund. Once design work has started, we make up to 2 rounds of changes. If you still want to cancel after that, we refund 50% of your advance.

One-time packages

They include 2 rounds of revisions, copywriting by us, your own photos or free stock photos, the first year of hosting and your domain, and 30 days of free small fixes after launch. From the second year, you pay for hosting and the domain renewal. Photoshoots, extra revisions and later changes are quoted separately.

Ownership

Your domain is registered in your name. Once paid in full, the website content and design made for you are yours, and you can take your site with you if you leave.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate business details, and only content (photos, logos, text) you have the right to use.
Review and approve work before it goes live.
If you use an AI receptionist: you are responsible for your callers' data under the DPDP Act, including telling callers about the AI assistant and call recording. Use it for incoming calls only, and don't use it for promotional calls unless they meet TRAI rules.
Keep your own login details (Google, WhatsApp, domain) safe.

What we don't promise

We set up your Google Business Profile and website so customers can find you, but rankings depend on Google, so we don't promise a position. The AI receptionist can occasionally misunderstand a caller, so check important bookings.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts in Pune have jurisdiction.
